We specialize in providing leadership, expertise and academic research in AI and machine learning, advanced analytics, digital twins, real-time data fusion and integration, secure data management, and data governance. Our team uses their knowledge to develop digital twin–enabled visualizations, condition management, fault detection, autonomous controls, and operational dashboards tailored to the built environment for buildings and infrastructure.

He founded and leads Urbanmind Labs, has deep expertise in asset management, utilities and infrastructure digital transformation, systems integration, program controls, vendor governance and contract delivery, and is a Certified Management Consultant. Mark focuses on turning strategic modernization plans into procurement-ready roadmaps and operational programs that align capital investment with operational readiness.
